What ferro vanadium grades do you supply?
Commonly the 50–60% and 78–82% vanadium ranges, with aluminium, carbon, silicon, phosphorus and sulphur maxima set to your specification.
Why is vanadium used in rebar and structural steel?
It forms fine carbonitride precipitates that raise yield strength without requiring extra carbon. That lets producers reach higher strength grades while keeping the steel weldable, which is why vanadium-microalloyed rebar is so widely used.
How much vanadium is typically added?
Often 0.05% to 0.15%. Vanadium is potent and expensive, so accurate weighing and consistent recovery matter more than with bulk alloys.
How is it packed?
Generally in sealed drums or bags with accurate net weights, appropriate to a high-value material. Packing and marking are confirmed at order stage.

Yes. Each lot ships with a test certificate showing the complete analysis and lot numbers traceable to the delivered material.
